Book the Church starts with the narrow job — outside groups want to rent your space and you want to say yes — and grows with you. When staff are ready to schedule worship, classes, and recurring meetings on the same calendar, the Hybrid tier adds it without bolting on a second tool.

Google Calendar sync
Approved rentals appear in the calendar your staff already checks. One-way ICS feed, no new tool to learn. Works with Apple Calendar and Outlook too.
Request → approve → invoice
Renters submit through your public page. You review, approve, and the system sends a formatted email with pricing. Payment flows through Stripe or your existing payment link.
PDF invoices for external payments
Already use Tithely, PushPay, or QuickBooks? Keep them. Book the Church attaches a branded PDF invoice to the approval email — renters get professional paperwork, you keep your workflow.
Pricing rules
Weekend surcharges, multi-hour discounts, partner-org rates. Configure once, the system applies them automatically and shows the breakdown on every invoice.
Rental hours enforcement
Set when rentals are allowed. The public request form blocks off-hours submissions automatically. No more 2am wedding inquiries.
Volunteer coverage (optional)
Opt-in per church. Turn it on and the system offers a LEAD coverage slot when you approve. Leave it off and the app works fine without it — most outside rentals don't need volunteers anyway.
Internal scheduling (Hybrid tier)
When staff are ready, schedule worship, classes, ministry meetings, and recurring events on the same calendar. Weekly, biweekly, monthly Nth weekday — without the spreadsheet.
Zoom for hybrid events (Hybrid tier)
One-click attach a Zoom meeting to any internal booking. Join URLs and passcodes flow into confirmations and the calendar. Concierge setup available.
